Overview
ZymoGenetics creates novel protein drugs
with the potential to significantly help
patients fight their diseases. The Company
is developing a diverse pipeline of
proprietary product candidates that are
moving into and through clinical development.
These span a wide array of clinical opportunities,
including bleeding, autoimmune and viral diseases
and cancer. ZymoGenetics intends to commercialize
these product candidates through internal
development, collaborations with partners
and out-licensing of patents from its extensive
patent portfolio.

RECOTHROM® Thrombin, topical (Recombinant) has been approved by the FDA. In clinical development
are two proteins discovered from bioinformatics
research efforts. Additionally, ZymoGenetics
has established a pipeline of novel
protein product candidates that are
in various stages of research and development
and are potential treatments for a variety
of diseases and conditions.
